The R&A Women in Golf Charter

Otley Golf Club is honoured to have become the latest Yorkshire club to be a signatory to the ‘R&A Women in Golf Charter’ and is committed to developing a culture that values women’s involvement in every aspect of the sport.

The club will make every effort to continue to develop a welcoming and inspiring environment for women and endeavour to do more to attract women and girls into golf and retain their membership for a long time.

Our objectives tp achieve these goals include the promotion of women to sit on Board and sub committees. Deliver new initiatives to target women, girls and families through marketing, social media and website platforms, and to increase social activities both golf and non-golf.
