We visited Otley GC  as a group of 20 from Howley Hall. We were disappointed to arrive on a very soggy day. Without any problems we were able to negotiate with Tim the caterer and the assistant pro Joe to ensure we could adapt our day accordingly. Also a thank you to the ladies behind the bar. We have already made arrangements to reatttend in the next month following a pleasant phone call to Peter the secretary.

Firstly, may I thank you for your hospitalty - the staff were a credit to your Club. We enjoyed our golf and the course was in good condition despite the recent inclement weather. We were a little disappointed to find one of the holes had been closed and a couple of others were playing to a shortened length. This was casually mentioned to the Professional on our return to the clubhouse. Not only did the Pro come and discuss this with us but the Club Captain also arrived and could not apologise enough and we were offered a discount on our golf. This gesture was very much appreciated and we cannot compliment you enough on how we were treated by all concerned. We look forward to visiting you again next year.
