A maximum of three choices can be selected per course  for pre order , 14 days before your event.

Set menu

  • Two Course meal with coffee £16.95
  • Three course meal with coffee £20.95
  • Pate – Chicken livers blended with Whisky and shallots, served with baby leaf salad, caramelised onions and toasted bread
  • Stuffed Mushroom – Portobello mushroom stuffed with stilton, topped with tarragon breadcrumbs, served with garlic mayonnaise (V)
  • Smoked salmon and Crab – Smoked salmon and wild crab claw meat, with baby leaf salad, cucumber and a lime crème fraiche
  • Antipasto - Selection of cured Italian meats with pickles, parmesan, olives and toasted ciabatta bread
  • Vegetable Soup – Smoothly creamed mix of seasonal vegetables with a hint of spice  (V)
  • Broccoli Soup – Rich green broccoli soup finished with Stilton and crème fraiche (V)
  • Melon – Succulent Honeydew melon, mango sorbet, served with strawberries and orange (V)
  • Smoked Haddock Fish Cake – Smoked haddock and caper fish cake, served with baby lead salad and sweet chili sauce
  • Asparagus & Parma Ham – Lightly roasted asparagus, soft poached egg, cured Parma Ham served with hollandaise sauce
  • Crayfish Cocktail – Crayfish tails, served with crisp lettuce, bound with a brandy cocktail sauce

  • Goats Cheese– Glazed goats cheese, red onion marmalade, walnut salad

  • Chicken – Roast breast of chicken wrapped in Pancetta, baby onion and mushroom sauce
  • Steak & Potato Pie – slowly braised beef, potatoes, horseradish, with suet pastry crust
  • Salmon - Lemon, dill and coarse grain mustard salmon fillet, asparagus spears, served with a warm hollandaise sauce
  • Pork - Roast English loin of pork, black pudding, caramelised apple compote, served with a cider and mustard sauce
  • Duo of Lamb – Roast leg of lamb, Shepherd’s pie, redcurrant jelly and rosemary sauce
  • Roast Beef – Roast rump of 28 day matured beef with Yorkshire pudding, watercress and thyme gravy
  • Fish Pie - Smoked haddock, salmon, cod and prawn fish pie with a mustard and parmesan mash potato

  • Duck- Spiced duck breast (served pink), goats cheese and red onion filo, with a redcurrent jus

  • Seabass - Pan fried seabass with crispy pancetta, tender stem broccoli, sweet potato veloute

  • Vegetable Tart – Char-grilled Mediterranean tart with rocket and parmesan salad (V)

  • Wellington - Chunky beetroot and butternut squash in a sweet and sharp balsamic chutney wrapped in a golden baked puff pastry lattice with short crust pastry base (V)

    All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes

  • Chocolate Fudge cake - Warm chocolate fudge cake served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries
  •  Crumble – Apples and berries topped with a cinnamon flavoured crumble and served with lashings of custard  
  • Crème Brûlée– Vanilla infused crème anglaise topped with caramelised sugar and served with fresh berries
  • Lemon tart - A zingy, French-style lemon tart made in sweet pastry and served with whipped creram and berries 
  • Brownie – Rich dark chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice cream and berries 

  • Brownie – Crushed buttered chocolate digestive biscuits, soft toffee and pecan baase, light cheese and vanillia filling, topped with bananas and chocolate

  • Fresh Fruit Pavlova – Soft and chewy meringue with whipped cream, fresh berries, kiwi and oranges
  • S.T.P – A rich and sticky date sponge with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce
  • J.R.P – Jam roly poly with lashings of custard and extra jam
  • Cheese and biscuits - A selection of British and continental cheeses. Served with biscuits, celery, grapes, and fruit chutney

Steak & Potato Pie –Slow-braised beef with potatoes, topped with a suet pastry crust. Served with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables and gravy.

Fish Pie - Smoked haddock, salmon, cod and prawns in a creamy mustard sauce and topped with Parmesan mashed potato. Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Chicken, Leek & Ham Pie – Tender chicken breast, leeks and ham in a creamy sauce and topped with puff pastry. Served with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables

Shepherd’s Pie – Minced lamb and herb gravy topped with creamy mash potato. Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Beef Lasagne - Minced beef layered with pasta, tomato and béchamel sauce and topped with mature cheddar and ricotta cheese. Served with homemade chips, dressed mixed salad and garlic bread

Chicken Balti – Gently spiced chicken breast and thigh with basmati rice. Served with homemade chips, naan bread.

Chicken casserole - Chicken breast and leg in braised with bacon and red wine. Served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Pork Stroganoff – Pork loin cooked with paprika, sour cream and mushrooms. Served with rice and seasonal vegetables

Beef Stew & Dumpling – Tender beef braised in red wine with a fluffy dumpling. Served with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables

Stuffed Chicken Breast - Breast of chicken stuffed with herbed soft cheese and wrapped in bacon. Served with new potato and seasonal vegetables

Fillet of Salmon Hollandaise – Salmon fillet baked with lemon, dill and grain mustard. Served with new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a warm hollandaise sauce

Veg Lasagne – Char-grilled aubergines, peppers and courgettes layered with pasta, tomato and béchamel sauce and topped with mature cheddar cheese. Served with homemade chips, dressed mixed salad and garlic bread
