Club house function menus  

Set menu  

  • Two Course meal with coffee £12.50
  • Three course meal with coffee £14.95

Starters 

  • Pate – Chicken livers blended with Whisky and shallots, served with baby lead salad, caramelised onions and toasted bread
  • Stuffed Mushroom – Large flat mushroom stuffed with stilton, topped with tarragon breadcrumbs, served with garlic mayonnaise (V)
  • Smoked salmon and Prawns – Scottish smoked salmon with fresh water king prawns, baby leaf salad, served with a brandy and paprika sauce
  • Soup – A hearty mix of seasonal vegetables, smoothly creamed with a hint of spice (V)

  • Melon – Succulent Honeydew melon, mango sorbet, served with strawberries and orange
  • Fish Cake – Smoked haddock and caper fish cake, served with creamed leeks and lemon
  • Asparagus – Lightly roasted asparagus, soft poached duck egg, cured Parma Ham served with hollandaise sauce


Mains 

  • Chicken – Breast of chicken wrapped in Pancetta, baby onion and mushroom sauce
  • Steak Pie – slowly braised beef, hand pulled Ale, horseradish, topped with suet pastry crust 
  • Salmon - Lemon, dill and coarse grain mustard salmon fillet, buttered samphire served with a warm hollandaise sauce  
  • Pork - Roast English loin of pork, black pudding and apple sausage, leek and sage sauce
  • Lamb – Rump of Yorkshire lamb, redcurrant and rosemary sauce
  • Fish Pie - Smoked haddock, salmon, cod and prawn fish pie with a mustard and parmesan mash potato

  • Roast Beef – Roast topside of Ilkley beef with Yorkshire pudding, watercress and thyme gravy


Desserts  

  • Fudge cake - Warm chocolate fudge cake served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries
  • Crumble – Apples and rhubarb, topped with a ginger crumble served with lashings custard  
  • Brule – Vanilla infused crème analgises, topped with caramelised sugar, served with fresh berries  
  • Lemon tart – Zingy lemon tart made in sweet pastry, served with whipped cream and berries  
  • Pavlova – Soft and chewy merguine, whipped cream, fresh berries, kiwi and oranges
  • S.T.P – Sticky date baked sponge with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce
