- Pate - Chicken livers blended with Whisky and shallots, served with baby lead salad, caramelised onions and toasted bread
- Stuffed Mushroom - Large flat mushroom stuffed with stilton, topped with tarragon breadcrumbs, served with garlic mayonnaise (V)
- Smoked salmon and Prawns - Scottish smoked salmon with fresh water king prawns, baby leaf salad, served with a brandy and paprika sauce
Soup - A hearty mix of seasonal vegetables, smoothly creamed with a hint of spice (V)

- Fish Cake - Smoked haddock and caper fish cake, served with creamed leeks and lemon

- Steak Pie - slowly braised beef, hand pulled Ale, horseradish, topped with suet pastry crust

- Pork - Roast English loin of pork, black pudding and apple sausage, leek and sage sauce
