Set menu  

• Two Course meal with coffee £12.50
• Three course meal with coffee £14.95

Starters 

• Pate - Chicken livers blended with Whisky and shallots, served with baby lead salad, caramelised onions and toasted bread
• Stuffed Mushroom - Large flat mushroom stuffed with stilton, topped with tarragon breadcrumbs, served with garlic mayonnaise (V)
• Smoked salmon and Prawns - Scottish smoked salmon with fresh water king prawns, baby leaf salad, served with a brandy and paprika sauce

• Soup - A hearty mix of seasonal vegetables, smoothly creamed with a hint of spice (V)

• Melon - Succulent Honeydew melon, mango sorbet, served with strawberries and orange
• Fish Cake - Smoked haddock and caper fish cake, served with creamed leeks and lemon

• Asparagus - Lightly roasted asparagus, soft poached duck egg, cured Parma Ham served with hollandaise sauce

  
  

Mains 

• Chicken - Breast of chicken wrapped in Pancetta, baby onion and mushroom sauce
• Steak Pie - slowly braised beef, hand pulled Ale, horseradish, topped with suet pastry crust 
• Salmon - Lemon, dill and coarse grain mustard salmon fillet, buttered samphire served with a warm hollandaise sauce  
• Pork - Roast English loin of pork, black pudding and apple sausage, leek and sage sauce
• Lamb - Rump of Yorkshire lamb, redcurrant and rosemary sauce

• Fish Pie - Smoked haddock, salmon, cod and prawn fish pie with a mustard and parmesan mash potato

• Roast Beef - Roast topside of Ilkley beef with Yorkshire pudding, watercress and thyme gravy

• Fudge cake - Warm chocolate fudge cake served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries
• Crumble - Apples and rhubarb, topped with a ginger crumble served with lashings custard  
• Brule - Vanilla infused crème analgises, topped with caramelised sugar, served with fresh berries  
• Lemon tart - Zingy lemon tart made in sweet pastry, served with whipped cream and berries  
• Pavlova - Soft and chewy merguine, whipped cream, fresh berries, kiwi and oranges
• S.T.P - Sticky date baked sponge with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce
