The fourth presents challenges for players of all abilities. For the longer hitters a drive down the left may allow for an opportunity to reach the green in two but all players need to be wary of the out of bounds that runs down the right for the entire length of the hole. The green has no bunkers but is protected by steep slopes to the front and left-hand side making accuracy of the second or third shot paramount. Any balls failing to reach the putting surface may come back to meet you so be sure to check the yardages carefully and take enough club. The green itself has two levels sloping from back to front and a downhill putt, especially in summer, can easily sail past the hole. Note the different par value for ladies on this hole due to the length of the hole and the raised green.
